We have added a form on the True IT website that the user can fill out and submit directly to us to open a ticket.  By using this link, it will help us obtain the information we need to work more timely and efficiently on the service issues.  It will come directly to us and set up the ticket for us to work on it without needing a call or sending an email to [email protected].  While both are still viable options, this should help with clients who are offsite and may not have their home email account readily available; or may have some information to provide with the service issue.

We are always looking for ways to improve our service for our customers.  This feature can save you a lot of time and will result in us getting the problem resolved quicker.  Thank you for all your continued support.
