Kyle brings an extensive background in customer service to working with clients and resolving network or computer issues.
Prior to joining us in February 2016, Kyle was a supervisor, manager, lead trainer, bartender and server at several restaurants.
One of his key strengths is the ability to simplify a complex, technical answer so it’s easy for clients to understand. Another is his drive to resolve issues as quickly as possible while ensuring the solutions are thorough and effective.
Kyle holds a degree in information systems technology from Mitchell Technical Institute, Mitchell, S.D. He has two children.
