Logan loves the back and forth of his work with True|IT clients, in two ways. First, listening carefully as they explain their issues and offering suggestions and, second, going back and forth between their offices and ours.

Logan spends at least half of his time at clients’ facilities, either setting up and configuring new computers or troubleshooting hardware and software. And the greatest asset he brings to True|IT is a positive attitude.

“I try to come into the office ready to learn and be productive with a smile on my face,” he said. “My goal every day is to provide fast and friendly service while making customers truly feel appreciated and important, which they are.”

Prior to joining us in August 2016, Logan worked in an equipment manufacturer’s electronics division, where he set up new computers for the engineering staff and PCs on the production floor.

Logan is studying computer administration at North Dakota State College of Science, Fargo, N.D.
