The TrueIT Ticketing System allows tickets to be entered through the monitoring system, email, or via phone and sent onto our Service Delivery Manager who sends them on to the TrueIT Triage Team. The TrueIT Triage Team works on resolving any issues and after up to 15 minutes of attempted service, we escalate the appropriate resource or scheduled for service. It may be remote, onsite, or vendor management.
